About Ronda
I’m a dedicated real estate professional who found my passion for all things homes through a journey that began in 2016. Married to my wonderful husband Scott for 32 years, we’ve built a life full of love and milestones, including becoming grandparents in 2024 when our daughter Madison and her husband Ryan welcomed their son, Maverick. Being a Gigi has added a new layer of joy to my life, and I’m looking forward to making time this year for family adventures and creating cherished memories together.
My real estate career started as a team admin, where I managed listing paperwork and served as a transaction coordinator, ensuring smooth processes for properties under contract. Working behind the scenes gave me an appreciation for the industry and a deeper understanding of how to help clients navigate
the complexities of real estate. In 2019, I decided to take a leap of faith, studied hard, and passed the state exam on my first attempt, missing only 11 out of 135 questions. Becoming a licensed agent allowed me to take a more active role in transactions, speaking directly with clients and streamlining the process for everyone involved.
Once I was licensed, word spread quickly, and I began helping first-time homebuyers find and close on their dream home. I’ve never looked back since. In 2024, I achieved a personal best by selling 27 homes, and I’ve already closed 2 deals in 2025. Being part of a team allows me to provide exceptional service with the support of experienced colleagues when needed, enabling me to balance my professional and personal life. I’m proud of my journey, and I’m excited to continue helping families find their perfect homes while making time for my own growing family.
